What makes an edition personalisable?
Personalisation is available only when shown on the product page. Race Maps currently include the runner’s name, finish time, and event date; other editions may offer different options or none at all.
Can I change approved personalisation?
Contact us immediately. Once production begins, approved details cannot usually be changed. The final confirmation step exists so spelling, time, and date can be checked before payment.
How long does an order take?
Stocked editions normally dispatch the next working day. Made-to-order Race Maps normally dispatch in 2–4 working days. A mixed bag ships together using its longest displayed lead time.
Do you offer COD?
COD is available on serviceable orders up to ₹3,000 with a fixed ₹99 surcharge. Prepaid shipping is ₹99 below ₹999 and complimentary from ₹999.
What if my artifact arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer package and the artifact within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. Confirmed transit or production defects are resolved with a replacement under our replacement-first policy.
Do you ship outside India?
Not in v1. Checkout currently accepts Indian delivery addresses and INR payments only.
Can you create a new race or place?
Yes. New events and categories are added as editions. Send the studio your suggestion through the contact page.
