Shipping policy

Twofold Editions currently ships within India. Prepaid shipping is ₹99 below ₹999 and complimentary at ₹999 or more. COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹3,000 with a ₹99 surcharge.

Preparation and dispatch

Stocked editions normally dispatch the next working day. Made-to-order Race Maps normally dispatch in 2–4 working days after personalisation approval. Mixed bags ship together when every item is ready, so the longest displayed lead time applies.

Delivery

Carrier availability depends on pincode. Orders may travel through Shiprocket or Delhivery; fragile or bulky pieces can be assigned manually. A carrier outage may place an order into manual review without changing the displayed fixed COD surcharge. Tracking is sent after handoff.

Address changes and failed delivery

Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Customers are responsible for accurate contact and address information. Re-shipping after an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery may incur an additional charge.

Transit damage

Photograph the sealed outer package, shipping label, protective packing, and damaged artifact, then email twofoldeditions@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
